The Witcher 3

The Witcher 3 is definitely one of the best games I have ever played. The game has won a host of awards and now has a nomination for the Annie Awards in Outstanding Achievement, Character Animation in a Video Game and has also won Game of the Year. It has become one of my favourite games of all time over the last few months. I find it awe inspiring to think about how much work has gone into this game, from every detail from the story lines to the characters and the graphics. I find it particularly interesting that they have given even the most minor of characters in this game franchise an entire backstory you can read about, and I also love the fact that decisions you make in the game actually have consequences.
Although it is difficult to say what my favourite thing about the Witcher 3 actually is, I have to say the background scenery and graphics are just beautiful; I particularly love the DLC, Blood and Wine, because of the country of Toussaint, which is based on France and is really gorgeous to look at and live in. The game really sucks you in and the amount of detail really brings it to life. I would love to perhaps work on a game like this some day. I can't speak highly enough of it!
